Background

Black Tower's financial planning services cover many areas from personal and corporate tax planning, mortgages and pensions, to planning for long-term care.

With offices in Portugal, Gibraltar, Spain and France as well as in the UK, Black Tower have great experience in planning for expatriates and those with several residences.

The Problem

Black Tower’s marketing activities had developed with a range of service providers over the years. When seen together there was little visual consistency, and as a result the brand was not being remembered by prospects.

Shine's Solution

Shine Marketing carried out a redesign of the businesses major communications channels including the website, brochures, quarterly magazine and email marketing. The changes were an evolution of themes which existing customers and prospects would be familiar with, but were designed to work much better across marketing activities ranging from online adverts to roadside billboards.
We also put a company brand guidelines document in place to ensure that any further work carried out by other agencies would follow the same visual themes and strengthen rather than weaken the brand and message.
