Hotpoint's launch of the new Luce Kitchens range is something of a departure for the business. A premium brand, with exciting new technologies to wow the most demanding of home cooks, the brand launch also included ambitious social media plans coordinated across a half-dozen agencies.
Shine was chosen to provide input to the new brand definition, leading to the overall website design and content management systems that would allow a highly sociable target market to share their experiences online and form a hub for the diverse social media conversations around the brand's passion-points.

Sky IQ
SkyIQ is a leading marketing solutions provider, delivering customer intelligence and unique data services. Their capabilities span the entire media mix bringing insight to above and below the line activities; maximising spend across advertising and marketing.
Working with SKY's creative team at Quick Thinking who provided copy and graphic design for the project, Shine built a website that reflects the dynamic nature of the new business, is focussed on new lead generation, and by using the powerful ExpressionEngine content management system, can scale to the requirements of the new business over time.
Amtico Flooring
Amtico are a world renown manufacturer of hardwood flooring but their solutions, using different materials for a range of domestic and commercial customers, was less well known.
Amtico came to Shine needing to gain visibility in these markets, and wanting to raise it's design credentials amongst architects, interior designers and other professionals who would be involved in specifying their products as part of larger projects.

The Running Outlet
The Running Outlet first approached us in 2010 to try to improve the search rankings of their existing site.
After some discussion with their existing developers we both came to the conclusion that the changes we'd need to make were just not possible on the platform that had got them started and that we would rebuild the site on the ExpressionEngine platform.
The new site launched in August 2011 and quickly picked up the top slots for some very profitable keywords, beating major national competitors in the process. We are now consolidating this with further content and link-building campaigns and plans for email marketing in the near future.
The new site features an SEO optimised structure, improved on-site search, integration with Google Shopping data feeds and a much improved content management system (CMS) for adding tips and news to attract links from other websites.

The World Cruises
The World is a unique concept in long cruises. Cabins are owned rather than rented, with the landlords comprising a mix of commercial owners and long-term travellers; who may take up to a year travelling the world.
With a worldwide audience of the ultra-rich and a turnover of owners averaging only a year, The World needs to find a constant stream of new owners to keep the ship full and power it's lucrative re-sale business. With response from traditional media, The World came to Shine to reach its global audience online.

Cleverkit
Shine Marketing were approached to build an ecommerce website for the new CleverKit brand. The site needed to be live in just four weeks; ready for launch at the Gadget Show Live 2009.
CreditPal
CreditPal provide a transparent route for businesses to share credit-scoring data with selected finance providers and scoring agencies to secure better credit terms for themselves and a lower risk in offering credit to other businesses.
Whilst CreditPal's online service for SME's is the most visible face of the company, their technology is used and recommended by a range of major financial clients including Sage, ACCA and the Federation of Small Business.
Shine redesigned the CreditPal website at http://www.creditpal-online.com/ to provide a clearer customer journey to the various markets they serve. We structured the ExpressionEngine content management system to allow easy updates to content by in-house staff, and created a look-and-feel for the site that is more consistent with the expectations of senior financial services clients.
We approached Shine to redesign our website because our previous site had failed to fully communicate the values of our company or the potential of our technology to a range of core markets.
Shine took their time to understand what we wanted to achieve in this regard by firstly engaging in a detailed planning process. This included extensive wireframing to ensure that all site visitors travelled along a logical path to the specific information they required.
Shine delivered exactly what we required by listening to our brief, taking on board our feedback throughout the development process and then delivering a site that was easy to maintain.

Blacktower Financial Management
Blacktower's financial planning services cover many areas from personal and corporate tax planning, mortgages and pensions, to planning for long-term care.
With offices in Portugal, Gibraltar, Spain and France as well as in the UK, Blacktower have great experience in financial planning for expatriates and those with several residences.
Blacktower came to Shine to create a more consistent brand across the various country offices, and to develop a multi-country website that could serve each of their international markets.
After launching the site in 2008, we are now running search engine marketing for the site to gain more leads for their pension transfers services.

Westminster City School is a boys secondary school in London which offers a broad curriculum, encourages independent learning and provides a rich extra-curricular programme.

Briarcliff Motel
When former London agency owners Richard and Clare started their new venture – a classic looking 60's US motel – they wanted a site that would reflect their own characters and entice visitors to the attractions of the region.
Shine created a site that goes against conventional website design. Quirky and highly visual, the site is also easily manageable by the motel's owners to provide a mass of information from the day's weather to nearby attractions.

immediate future is a social media agency, with clients including Sony, EMI and Diageo. Shine first developed a site for IF in 2007, and four years later the business had grown considerably, not least via successful SEO results giving them excellent visibility for highly competitive terms such as "social media" and "online PR".
Shine refreshed both the site design and the company's overall branding with a series of unique illustrations of icons representing immediate future's bespoke approach and ability to make great changes from small changes.
We then redeveloped the website on the ExpressionEngine CMS platform, giving the client's team greater control over their extremely high quality content and introduced measures to help them gather and respond to more senior level leads through the site.
