About Shine Marketing
Shine Marketing is a new and rapidly expanding eCommerce agency based in Hampton Wick close to Kingston Bridge.
Shine are focussed on ecommerce projects that meet the business needs of our clients and are effective in generating leads for B2B clients and sales for online retailers.
Job Summary
As part of our continued expansion, we need a dedicated member of staff to manage our ecommerce and web projects, ensuring they meet and exceed the business objectives of our clients, and are delivered on time, and on budget.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised and has 3 years + management experience working for a specialist eCommerce /digital agency.
Strong business acumen is a necessity and a marketing degree or qualification would be highly desirable.
As part of a small agency, the role requires a blend of skills in consultancy, project management and account management, and offers career progression into general management or specialisation in one of these areas as the business grows.
The role will involve:
Project Consultancy;
35% of role
- Assisting the business development manager in responding to detailed proposals
- Scoping website projects and producing detailed content plans, sitemaps, wireframes and functional specifications to be used by the project team as the site progresses.
- Liaise with the marketing, design and technical heads to find optimum solutions to client problems, and communicate these to the client
Project Management
35% of role
- Taking ownership of the project through its lifespan to ensure the business objectives are met, and that the project adheres to critical deadlines.
- Recognising and raising scope creep with the business development manager
- Communicate project progress to clients on a regular basis
Account management
20% of role
- Maintain regular contact with all client stakeholders. Ensure that they remain committed to the project goals and solutions at all times, and recognise the value Shine Marketing bring to their business.
Administrative
10% of role
- Ensure that accurate timesheets are kept and that the project meets required profitability levels within the agency
- Liaison with Deparment heads on scheduling of resources between web projects and the requirements of other divisions (online marketing and brand creative)
Personal attributes
- Highly organised, self starter, able to handle multiple projects at once
- Have proven ability to plan and deliver successful ecommerce projects within a commercial supplier environment
- Be used to working to deadlines and in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for eCommerce is a must!
Package
- To £35,000 (dependent on experience)
- 20 days holiday
