Steve is responsible for liaising with clients, conducting early requirements analysis, explaining options, solutions and best practice, costing
and creating specifications, and ensuring a high degree of  usability in the final product. Steve sets projects up to succeed.

An experienced web designer, developer and producer, Steve has successfully delivered web projects across a range of sectors over the past 8 years including Sport, Finance, Art, Philanthropy, Publishing, Education and Engineering.

Steve's presence on the project team allows developers to concentrate on doing what they do best, creating great code and beautiful sites for our customers.

Domenica has worked in sales and marketing roles for 20 years spanning New Woman magazine, Evening Standard and numerous agencies. Domenica is a CIM trained marketer and uses her experience and knowledge to guide clients thought the eCommerce maze of designing, building and marketing an online shop.

Domenica has a real passion for fashion and is an avid online shopper. This was what sparked the desire to set up a specialist agency with a focus on women’s niche sectors.

Stephen brings 15 years of hands-on marketing experience with major UK brands in mail order and online retail. He ran successful ecommerce marketing for Molton Brown, Debenhams, Direct Wines and many others before setting up The Beauty Room, an online skincare retailer which grew from nothing to £300,000 in its first year with no external investment.

Since starting Shine Marketing in 2006 Stephen has brought his experience to ecommerce retailers including Amtico Flooring, GIVe by George Davies, Sahara London and Zelens Skincare. Having run his own ecommerce business and seen inside dozens of others, Stephen knows what does and doesn’t work in the world of online shopping.
