Stephen brings 15 years of hands-on marketing experience with major UK brands in mail order and online retail. He ran successful ecommerce marketing for Molton Brown, Debenhams, Direct Wines and many others before setting up The Beauty Room, an online skincare retailer which grew from nothing to £300,000 in its first year with no external investment.
Since starting Shine Marketing in 2006 Stephen has brought his experience to ecommerce retailers including Amtico Flooring, GIVe by George Davies, Sahara London and Zelens Skincare. Having run his own ecommerce business and seen inside dozens of others, Stephen knows what does and doesn’t work in the world of online shopping.
