Stephen brings 15 years of hands-on marketing experience with major UK brands in mail order and online retail. He ran successful ecommerce marketing programmes for Molton Brown, Debenhams, Direct Wines and many others before setting up The Beauty Room, an online skincare retailer which grew from nothing to £300,000 in its first year with no external investment. Having run his own eCommerce business Stephen knows what does and doesn’t work in the world of online shopping.

More stuff: Stephen's first website was for Kingston Rowing Club in 1998, a club he raced for over a 10 year period. Tired of not seeing where he was going, Stephen swopped to cycling and can be found racing round the Surrey Hills most weekends. He claims that Shine's choice of office opposite a professional bike shop is mere coincidence.
