Pre-Purchased Services

How does it work?

Pre-purchasing credit for professional services allows us to work on your projects more efficiently and effectively, without needing to provide quotes, raise separate order forms and obtain individual purchase orders for what are often "5 minute jobs".

You will be provided with a monthly timesheet to show how your time has been spent.

How doe this benefit you?

You pay upfront for a set value of professional service time, and we bill you for the time worked.

If the job takes us 5 minutes, you'll have 5 minutes deducted from your credits.

The credits may be used against consultancy, design, development and content management tasks, with the appropriate rate charged against each one.

For clients not using this system, our minimum charge for professional services work is based on 1 hour at full ratecard.

What can I use my credits for?

Typically the credits are used against Professional Services, usually billed at £90 per hour

Professional services includes:

  • Design & Artworking
  • HTML/CSS coding
  • Amends to code and development of website
  • File & Asset Management
  • Liaison with 3rd party suppliers
  • Copywriting

The credits can also be used for content management and consultancy services which will be debited at a propotionate rate from your credits.

Content management @ £70 / hour

  • CMS support
    (where no fixed cost support agreement is in place)
  • Additions to CMS
  • Image sourcing from libraries
  • Basic image manipulation
    (cropping & resizing, does not include retouching)

Consultancy Services @ £130 per hour

  • eCommerce project consultancy
  • Branding & Creative consultancy
  • Art Direction
  • Online Marketing consultancy

 

Are any services excluded from this scheme?

Items where there are costs from external suppliers are not covered by this scheme. The following is a non-exhaustive list of examples:

  • Image library costs
  • Email despatch costs (ShineEmail has a separate pre-purchase agreement)
  • Domain name registration & renewal
  • Hosting
  • Media costs, including PPC adverising
  • Affiliate commissions

Does my credit ever expire?

No

What is the catch?

There isn't one: You pay upfront which avoids minimum charges and gains you a discount against our normal ratecard costs.

Prices are exclusive of VAT

Payment must be received before work is due to commence or standard ratecard pricing will be applied.
